Bigger choices. New challenges. Better conversations.

What would your child do if they were blamed for something they didn’t do at school? What if a friend asked them to keep a secret that made them uncomfortable? What if they were suddenly faced with a real-life problem and had to figure out what to do next?

As kids grow, so does the world they have to navigate.

Junior Navigators is a 90-card conversation game designed for children ages 8–11, with relatable scenarios that encourage kids to think through real-life situations involving school, friendships, responsibility, independence, safety, and decision-making.

Each card presents a situation and asks one simple question:

Now what?

There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is to get kids thinking, talking, and explaining why they would make certain choices — while giving parents and caregivers a natural way to explore important topics before those situations happen in real life.

What’s Inside

Each Junior Navigators deck includes 90 thought-provoking scenario cards across three categories designed around the situations kids this age are beginning to face:

🎒 School Days
Classroom challenges, school rules, teamwork, mistakes, responsibility, dealing with teachers, and the everyday ups and downs of life at school.

🤝 Friend Zone
Friendships, peer pressure, disagreements, inclusion, loyalty, boundaries, kindness, and figuring out what being a good friend really means.

🧭 Real-Life Missions
Everyday situations involving safety, independence, problem-solving, responsibility, unexpected challenges, and making smart choices when grown-ups may not be right beside them.

The scenarios are designed to feel realistic and relatable — without making the conversation feel like a lesson.

Stuck? Flip the Card.

Some questions might have an answer right away.

Others might make everyone stop and think.

That’s the point.

Every scenario includes “Stuck?” prompts on the back to introduce new perspectives, encourage deeper thinking, and help keep the conversation going.

You might ask what could happen next, who they could turn to for help, how someone else in the situation might feel, or whether another choice could work better.

And sometimes, their answer might surprise you.

How to Play

Pick a card.

Read the scenario.

Ask:

“Now what?”

Then see where the conversation goes.

Kids can explain what they would do and why. Parents and caregivers can ask follow-up questions, offer another perspective, or flip the card over for additional prompts.

There’s no answer key and no perfect response.

Just an opportunity to think, talk, and build confidence for whatever comes next.

Because growing up brings new situations every day.

Why wait until they happen to start the conversation?
